Executive Summary

A recognized expert in territorial resilience, energy transition and environmental issues, Lionel Le Gloanec has over thirty years of experience in environmental engineering, sustainable development and natural resource management.
His career has led him to hold management positions in major international groups, notably Veolia, as well as creating and directing several companies specializing in environmental solutions.
As Director of the IIEG Nexus Pole, he leads research and cooperation efforts focused on the interactions between water, energy, food, environment and territorial resilience.
Convinced that ecological transitions must be conceived at the scale of territories and populations, he works to develop innovative solutions promoting resilience and international cooperation.
